Kaushik Reddy Comments Turns Governor In A Serious Mode: Directed EC To Take Action

Hyderabad, Jan 25 (Maxim News): Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan has become serious on the Huzurabad MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy’s election campaign. The Election Commission has been directed to take action against Kaushik Reddy.

The Governor’s speech at the national Voters Day held at JNTU has now become a hot topic. It is known that Kaushik Reddy contested as a BRS candidate in Huzurabad constituency in the recently held assembly Elections in Telangana.

In this election, he won over rival BJP candidate Etala Rajender. However, during the final stages of the election campaign, he stated that he would commit suicide along with his family if they did not vote for him. The Governor expressed her anger over the election campaign of Padi kaushik Reddy.

Governor Tamilisai commented that he should win by telling the people what he will do if he wins, but it is not appropriate to make such comments and threaten them and ask for votes. The Governor advised the Election Commission to take action against such people.

However, MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy’s comments were lodged with the Election Commission at that time. Election Commission has also registered a case against kaushik Reddy as suo moto. It ordered the authorities to conduct a full investigation against him.

Recently, Tamilisai said, referring to Kaushik Reddy’s comments, she advised the Election Commission to take action against such people. As Telangana CEO Vikas Raj is also in the same program, there is a possibility that Election Commision action will be taken against Kaushik Reddy. (Maxim News)
