Kavitha Avoided To Appear Before ED In The Liquor Scam Again

Hyderabad, Jan 16 (Maxim News): The daughter of the former Chief Minister and BRS President, K. Chandrasekhar Rao and BRS MLC K. Kavitha responded to the notices issued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for the fourth time in the Delhi Liquor Scam case. She sent a mail to the ED saying that she could not attend the hearing, now it has to be seen how the ED will act in this context?

In the Delhi Liquor Scam, the ED has sent notices to Kavitha to attend the hearing today (Tuesday, January 16) at their office in Delhi.

But Kavitha stated in the letter that she has a protection order from the Supreme court and that her case is still pending in the Supreme court, it needs to be clarified what kind of action ED will take in this context.

Meanwhile, ED officials have given notices to Kavitha three times in the past. During the ED investigation, there was a strong case that there was a chance of Kavitha’s arrest. Kavitha approached the Supreme court in this order.

Kavitha’s petition is still pending in the Supreme court, objecting to the manner of the ED officials who interrogated her in this case. (Maxim News)
