Kavitha Clarified That Her Party Will Not Be Contesting The Forthcoming Municipal Elections
Hyderabad, Jan 21 (Maxim News): Telangana jagruti President Kavitha made key comments on the upcoming municipal elections. She clarified that Jagruti has not yet become a full-fledged political party, which is why she is not contesting these elections.
Kavitha was speaking at a program organized on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Telangana activist Mucharla Satyanarayana. Kavitha said that she will give support to whoever asks for it in the municipal elections. She said that Jagruti leaders will campaign with her wherever necessary. She said that she is not confident that the phone tapping case will reach the final stage. She said that there is no chance of justice for victims like her. She said that they are deliberately creating a diversion by giving SIT notices to Harish Rao. She wants statues of statues of Telangana activists to be placed on Tankbund. Kavitha demanded that the statue of Mucharla Satyanarayana be placed there. (Maxim News)
