Kavitha Petition On Her Health Condition 

Delhi/Hyderabad, March 23 (Maxim News): BRS MLC Kavitha daughter of former Chief Minister of Telangana K. Chandrasekhar Rao who was arrested in the Delhi Liquor Scam case is currently facing an ED investigation. However during the investigation, Kavitha was suffering from high blood pressure (High BP) In this order, Kavitha filed a petition in the PMLA Court regarding her health condition.

The petition said that despite the use of medicines, the blood pressure is not under control and the ED officials are not providing medical test reports.  Kavitha filed a petition in the Court to direct the ED to submit the medical examination report.  The MLC approached the court to provide the medical records reports. 

Kavitha is in ED custody since 15th of this month in connection with Delhi Liquor Scam.  In the petition, he was asked to provide the medical reports conducted on her while in custody.  Kavitha has been suffering from hypertension since 15th of her arrest.  On the 15th Kavitha told her lawyer about hypertension while being produced before the judge.  The matter was brought to the attention of the court by Kavita’s lawyer, and the judge directed the ED to provide the medico-legal report to Kavita’s lawyers.  However, Kavitha disclosed in the petition that even after the order of the court, only the medical report of the 15th and 16th was provided.

She said that the medico legal reports have been provided since she was taken into custody despite the request of her lawyers.  The MLC petition stated that in the medical reports submitted on 15th and 16th, the blood pressure was 186/103 and despite a small injection to control the blood pressure, the blood pressure was 146/96.  She said that despite  doing meditation to reduce hypertension, adequate results are not seen.  In her petition, Kavitha requested that the report of all the medical examinations be provided from the 15th, stating that hypertension is not under control in custody. 

On the other hand, the custodial hearing of Kavitha ED in the Delhi Liquor Scam will end today.  oit seems that the ED will produce Kavitha in the rouse Avenue Court of Delhi shortly and ask the court to extend the custody for another 5 days.  Meanwhile, in the same case,  Delhi Chief Minister kejriwal was also asked to be remanded in custody for six days.  Based on this, it is reported that Kejriwal and kavita are likely to be interrogated together.  (Maxim News)
