Hyderabad, Nov 25 (Maxim News): The winter session of the Telangana Assembly scheduled to be held in the month of December probably for one week will see the high voltage session where the Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao where he will try to criticise the BJP government at the Centre, the strategy might be to put all the blames on the BJP for ruining the economy and law and order situation which would be a part to design to go for the early Assembly elections.
it may be recalled that there is no opposition in the 119 member state Assembly, as the BJP is having only 3 members, the remaining all belongs to ruling TRS, 7 members of friendly MIM and 4 Congress, before these members, the Chief Minister will allege the BJP stating that the BJP is behaving in a vindictive manner resulting in a shortfall of revenue to the extent of Rs. 40 thousand crore. The Chief Minister will say that the BJP impose economic sanctions against Telangana and the role of Governor Tamilisai soundara Rajan, particularly regarding the delay in according approval to the bills, which have been pending for long, along with this, the recent IT and ED raids on the State ministers will also be discussed in the House.
According to the sources, KCR wants to tell the people how irrelevant and ridiculous the economic policies of the Centre were and how they were having a negative impact on the growth of Telangana, which he is already saying by KCR and Ministers in the press conferences and public meetings. He alleged that Telangana is the fastest growing state in the country and hence the BJP for political reasons imposed restrictions on the mobilization of funds wrongly citing FRMB rules, pressured to implement power reforms and refused to release Central grants.
The source added that KCR is preparing a detailed report on the financial assistance extended by the Centre to Telangana since 2014 and the burdles created in mobilizing funds through financial institutions for the last three years
According to the Chief Minister’s office, the Centre announced the FRMB limit of Rs. 54,000 crore, as per rules, the center suddenly reduced the FRMB limit to Rs. 39,000 crore resulting in a shortfall of Rs. 15,000 crore. The Chief Minister will claim that Telangana has a robust economic growth. He will say that the Centre also stopped the release of Rs. 20,000 crore non budgetary funds to the state, all this adds to a big loss to the tune of Rs. 40,000 crore. The Chief Minister will also allege that the central government is undermining federalism and throttling the state’s voice and how the BJP had resorted to vindictive and degenerated policies.
