KCR Destroy To Sabotage Rahul Meeting With Police Curbs

Hyderabad, March 9 (Maxim News): Senior Congress leader V. Hanumanth Rao today alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has hatched a conspiracy to sabotage the public meeting of AICC president Rahul Gandhi with the local police limiting the entry of the party workers and people to the public meeting by issuing entry passes to all of them.

Hanumanth Rao also alleged that the police put restrictions on the total number of people to attend the public meeting by issuing entry passes for the first time. He claimed that such an incident never took place in the State. “Whenever the party holds a meeting, either the PCC president or general secretary of the party would issue VIP and other passes. But this was not the case for the Rahul Gandhi’s meeting. Our party workers and leaders were stopped from attending the meeting by the police in the name of the passes”,” he alleged while addressing mediapersons at the venue of the meeting. He also said they would teach a lesson to the ruling party in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. (Maxim News)
