KCR Founded TRS For People’s Welfare: Jagadish
Hyderabad, July 2 (Maxim News): Education Minister Guntakandla Jagadish Reddy today said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao had founded TRS party for the welfare of the people and separate Telangana State.
Participating in party membership drive in Nalgonda district, the minister said the people were voluntarily joining the ruling party with happiness and feeling proud. Giving people-friendly rule, Chief Minister was determined to eradicate poverty and ensure that agriculture lands are irrigated to increase farm output, he claimed. For this, Kaleshwaram was launched with an aim to irrigate 45 lakh acres of land and to give drinking water and to meet industrial needs, he said.
The TRS came to power in 2014 after 14 years of struggle and brought about change in the State for rapid development and welfare, he said, adding that KCR was increasing wealth in the State and distributing it among the people. Jagadish Reddy said the Chief Minister was turning dreams of people into reality by completing mega irrigation projects like Kaleshwaram and will complete others like Palamur Ranga Reddy lift scheme and others in future. The Congress, despite ruling the State and at the Centre failed to complete the projects, he added. (Maxim News)
