KCR Govt Issued Another Notification For Selling Huge Land In Mokla Phase-2

Hyderabad, Aug 14 (Maxim News): Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s government is selling the land continuously, another plan prepared to auction huge land for which the HMDA has released a notification for the sale of 300 plots in Mokla Phase-2.  Out of the total 300 plots, 98,975 yards have been put up for sale by the government.

Plots of 300 to 500 yards are available in the layout.  The state government has estimated that the sale of 98,975 yards will generate an income of Rs. 800 crores.

Registration for participating in the auction has been given till August 21.  In the HMDA notification, it has been revealed that one has to pay Rs. 1,180 for registration.  along with the registration, a deposit of Rs. One lakhs also be deposited which is not refundable. HMDA has fixed the minimum price of Rs. 25,000 per square yard.  It is known that in Mokila’s first phase auction, the maximum price per yard was Rs. 1.05 lakhs and the minimum price was Rs. 72 thousand.
