Despite writing five letters, there is no response from the Chief Secretary, so the CBI officials are likely to approach the High Court for the case files.

The issue of contempt of Court will also come up against the Chief Secretary who did not implement the Court orders. It is reported that the CBI officials are making arrangements to register the FIR directly as the case files have not been transferred.

Legal experts say that writing five letters to the Chief Secretary is a part of the CBI’s legal action. But as the hearing is going on in the Supreme Court on February 17, there is a possibility that important developments will take place at the end of this week.
