KCR Govt’s Reply To Governor On The TSRTC Bill
Hyderabad, Aug 5 (Maxim News): Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan sought clarification on five points in the Bill in relation to the process of merging TSRTC employees into the government.
KCR’s Sarkar officials have sent a reply to Raj Bhavan stating that the salaries of the TSRTC employees will be better than the present. The organization will continue as its Corporation (TSRTC).
The KCR’s sarkar has said that after the merger, all aspects of the procedure will be in place, as there is no problem with the Partition Act as it continues as it is. The Central government’s share, grants, and loans are not required. The 9th schedule issue will be in line with how it was done in Andhra Pradesh.
It may be recalled that the Governor has sought clarification on five points in the Bill related to the process of merging TSRTC employees into the government. TSRTC does not contain details of central grants, shares, and loans. How are employee benefits protected? She asked Will they be given a pension at par with government employees. there are no details on changing the status of TSRTC under the Partition Act. How will justice be done in promotions and cadre normalization? The Governor said she asked for clear guarantees on the safety and benefits of the TSRTC workers. (Maxim News)
