KCR guardian of tribals: Satyavathi Rathod
KCR guardian | Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has been sincerely working for the welfare of underprivileged and it is the need of the hour that the people of Telangana should stand by the Chief Minister for realization of his dream, Tribal Welfare Minister Satyavathi Rathod said today.
Ramavath Nayak, who was recently appointed as chairman of the Telangana Tribal Co-operative Corporation (TCC), on Friday assumed the charge at the Damodaram Sanjeevayya Building, in the city.
Minister Satyavathi Rathod, who was the chief guest, said during the last 75 years since Independence of the country, the development fruits have not reached the tribals and underprivileged people and the people from all sections are aware of the fact that who are responsible for denying the rights of the tribals.
She said the TRS government headed by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was giving top priority for welfare of tribals and allocated crores of rupees for their development since the formation of Telangana State.

Satyavati Rathod hoped that the TCC under the leadership of Ramavath Nayak would work effectively, bringing more benefits to the tribal community in the days to come.
Ministers Mohd Ali, Srinivas Goud, Jedcherla MLA Laxma Reddy, Telangana Sports Authority chairman Allipuram Venkateshwara Reddy, officials from the Tribal Welfare department and others were present.
