KCR To Visit Kaleshwaram Tomorrow
Hyderabad, May 18 (Maxim News): Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao today began his two-day tour to irrigation and power projects in the State.
As per the schedule, the Chief Minister left Hyderabad for Ramagundam to take stock of NTPC works on Saturday. He will inspect the 1600 MW power plant works at the project site and will talk to officials concerned to speed up the same.
After inspecting the works and interacting with the officials, the Chief Minister will hold a review meeting in the late evening. As per the schedule, the Chief Minister will hold a review meeting on Telangana Super Thermal Power Project at NTPC which are being taken up as part Andhra Pradesh bifurcation Act. The Chief Minister is to visit the prestigious Kaleshwaram project on May 19.
KCR is to hold a review meeting with Zenco officials and may make some suggestions.
The chief minister will stay to night in Karimnagar on Saturday. On Sunday, the TRS boss will visit the ongoing Kaleshwaram project and inspect the works in Jayashankar Bhupalapally district.
As part of his program the chief minister is to make a visit to Mukteshwara Swamy temple near Kaleshwaram and perform special pujas. The chief minister will visit Pump house works near Kannepally and Medigadda barrage works. District officials have made elaborate security arrangements for the visit of the chief minister.(Maxim News)
