KCR Unanimously Elected As The BRSLP Leader

Hyderabad, Dec 9 (Maxim News): Former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has been elected unanimously as the leader of the BRS Legislature Party.

In the meeting held today, under the chairmanship of BRS Parliamentary Party leader Keshav Rao, Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy proposed the name of KCR as the leader of BRS LP. Former Ministers Kadiyam Srihari and Talasani Srinivas Yadav approved it.

The meeting unanimously passed a resolution entrusting the responsibility of selecting the rest of the committee to KCR. Meanwhile, former minister K. Tarak Rama Rao and Padma Rao did not attend this meeting. While KTR was with KCR who was undergoing treatment at Yashoda Hospital for a fractured hip bone. Padma Rao was absent from the meeting as he went to another state for divine davana. After the BRS LP meeting, the BRS MLAs left for the Assembly.  (Maxim News)
