KCR Will Be Called For Kaleshwaram Inquiry If Necessary: Justice Chandra Ghose

Hyderabad, April 25 (Maxim News): Justice Chandra Ghosh, Chairman of the Judicial Inquiry Commission on the Kaleshwaram project, has concluded a meeting with the irrigation officials.

Justice Chandra Ghosh discussed the safety of the Kaleshwaram project and the collapse of the pillars with the irrigation officials.  If necessary, we will call former Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao and get the information we need. He said that in two or three days, a paper statement will be issued on the Kaleshwaram project irregularities and people’s opinions will be collected.  Justice Chandra Ghosh said that the inquiry will be started after taking the opinions of experts.

Justice Chandra Ghosh said that the NDSA, vigilance report and CAG report will be considered in the investigation.  A meeting will also be held with engineers and NDSA authority.  He said that the investigation will be continued taking into consideration the technical aspects provided by them.  Everyone related to kaleshwaram barrage will be collected together. He said that the investigation will continue without legal problems arising.

Justice Chandra Ghosh said that he will go to Medigadda ground for the second time and inspect the barrages.  Along with construction companies, notices will also be given to political leaders if necessary.

On the second visit we will go to Medigadda ground and inspect the barranges.  So far I have learned things through Power Point presentations.  Justice Chandra Ghosh said that the investigation will continue based on the reports.  Justice Chandra Ghosh said that the complaints received from people will be taken into consideration.
