KCR’S Nephew Kanna Rao Gets Shock In High Court In Land Grabbing Case

Hyderabad, March 20 (Maxim News) The High Court of Telangana gave a shock to BRS Chief and Former Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao’s nephew (brother’s son) Kalvakuntla Tejeswara Rao alias Kanna Rao.

the High Court ruled that the quash petition filed by Kalvakuntla Kanna Rao was dismissed.  Kanna Rao approached the High Court to dismiss the case against him at Adibatla Police Station. The High Court which heard the petition of Kanna Rao gave a verdict to this extent.  Kanna Rao has revealed that the petition is being dismissed.

According to the complaint filed by Bandoju Srinivas, the director of the organization, the police registered an FIR that the Kalvakuntla Kanna Rao gang had tried to occupy two acres of private land belonging to ORS Projects Company in survey No. 32/RUU in Ranga Reddy district Abdullapurmet, Mandal manned.  Bandoju Srinivas stated in the complaint that Kanna Rao at 7 am on March 3 along with 150 thugs entered his company’s land and removed the fencing, removed the boundary stones, and demolished the free-cast walls around the land.  (Maxim News)
