Kerala Change Demand Modi Targets LDF UDF

Hyderabad, March 29: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that people are demanding change from the alleged exploitation by LDF and UDF in Kerala. He made these remarks during an election campaign meeting held in Palakkad on Sunday.

He questioned the relationship between the Congress and Left parties in Kerala. He said that both parties appear as rivals in the state. However, he alleged that they take turns in ruling and exploiting the state. Therefore, he raised concerns about their political conduct.

Meanwhile, he referred to past political alignments. He said that during every election, questions arise about who acts as the ‘B’ team for whom. He also noted that the Congress and Left parties are part of the ‘India’ alliance. He added that they had formed the government in Delhi in the past.

He further pointed to political ties beyond Kerala. He said that Congress and Left parties have an alliance in Tamil Nadu as well. Therefore, he argued that their rivalry in Kerala is not genuine. He described the enmity between the two parties in the state as a “drama.”

He stressed that the people of Kerala are now looking for change. He said that voters are no longer convinced by the existing political pattern. Also, he indicated that public sentiment is shifting against both LDF and UDF.

The Prime Minister’s remarks come during an active campaign phase. He used the platform to target both major political fronts in Kerala. Meanwhile, his statements focused on raising questions about their alliances and political strategies.
