Key Twist In The Phone Tapping Case With Trump’s Sign

Hyderabad, Jan 27 (Maxim News): The phone tapping case will take a crucial turn with the signature of US President Donald Trump. The US government will deport former SIB chief Prabhakar Rao and Shravan Rao. The Trump government has made a key decision to extradite immigrants and criminal suspects in the US to their respective countries.

Hyderabad Police will send reminder letters to the US. It is known that court arrest warrants have already been issued for Prabhakar Rao and Shravan Rao.

Police officials are preparing to turn the current situation into a favorable one to extradite the two to India. Blue and Red Corner Notices have been issued against them. The police will once again send letters regarding the cancellation of passports and the criminal agreement between the two countries. As LoCs have already been issued against the two, the Hyderabad police will take them into custody as soon as they enter India. Prabhakar Rao is AI in the phone tapping case and Sravan Rao is A6. It is known that the police have already arrested former DCP Radhakishan Rao of the task force, Additional SPs Thirupathanna, Bhujanga Rao, and DSP Praneeth Rao in this case.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump signed a crucial file after taking office as the US president. The Trump government took a key decision to extradite criminals accused in criminal cases from other countries who are hiding in the US to their respective countries and signed that file. With this, the US government is preparing to extradite A1 accused Prabhakar Rao and A6 accused Shravan Rao, who is in the US after leaving India in the phone tapping case. The Hyderabad Police has written to the US government several times regarding this case.  They have also issued a Red Corner Notice to extradite both of them.  

Hyderabad Police have written several letters to the US government asking for their passports to be canceled.  In this context, if Prabhakar Rao and Sravan Rao are extradited to India within ten days of next week with Trump’s signature, key aspects of the case are likely to come to light.

According to the Criminal Treaty Act between the two countries, Hyderabad Police is likely to write a letter to the US government once again. It is known that the Nampally court has issued arrest warrants for Prabhakar Rao and Sravan Rao.
