Khanapur Municipality Came Under Congress Control
Nirmal/Hyderabad, Feb 5 (Maxim News): Khanapur Municipality in the district has joined into the Congress account. Congress party passed a no-confidence motion against BRS Chairman Rajender. As a result, Khanapur Municipality came under the control of Congress.

A special meeting was organized in Khanapur Municipality today and a strength test was conducted on the Chairman and Vice Chairman. This strength test was conducted under the supervision of RDO Ratnakumari. Out of the total 12 councillors, 9 councillors voted against the BRS chairman in this confirmation test. 9 Councilors of BRS, Congress and BJP united against Chairman Rajender and Vice Chairman Khalil of BRS. As a result, Khanapur municipality came under the control of Congress. (Maxim News)
