Kishan Reddy Congratulates Team India For Reaching Final
Hyderabad, Mar 5 (Maxim News): Telangana State BJP President and Union Minister Kishan Reddy expressed his happiness over the victory of Team India, which won the first semi-final of the Champions Trophy and reached the final. He congratulated Rohit Sena for his excellent performance in the semifinals. He wished that the same passion would be shown in the final as well and win the Champions Trophy.
India won the first semi-final against Australia by four wickets. Chasing the target of 265 runs set by the Aus, India chased it down in 48.1 overs for the loss of six wickets. Kohli (84), Shreyas Iyer (45), and Rahul (42, not out) played responsibly. Hardik Pandya (3 sizes, 1 four 28 off 24 balls) struck the target with ease and set up a final. India will face the winner of the second semi-final between New Zealand and South Africa today. (Maxim News)
