Hyderabad: KLH Global Business School conducted a series of structured academic and industry engagements to strengthen student preparedness. The initiatives focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, employability, and digital awareness. The school said these efforts aim to reinforce industry integrated management education and improve practical learning outcomes.
The engagements included workshops, guest lectures, and an industrial visit. Each session addressed a specific skill area. Together, they aimed to align academic learning with industry needs.
Industry Integrated Learning at KLH Global Business School
As part of its focus on financial education, KLH Global Business School organised a workshop titled “An Insight into the Working of the Securities Market.” Securities market expert Mr. C. Kalyan Chakravarthy led the session. He explained capital market operations, investment strategies, and informed financial decision making. Therefore, students gained clarity on how securities markets function in real settings.
The school also conducted a workshop on startup strategies and structured business planning. The session covered startup frameworks, risk assessment methods, and execution models. Students were encouraged to adopt disciplined planning and innovation driven thinking. Meanwhile, the discussions helped them understand how to manage business risks and growth plans.

Employability and Digital Awareness Initiatives
KLH Global Business School hosted an Alumni Series Guest Lecture titled “Employability 2026: Industry Relevant Skills for Management Graduates.” Alumna Ms. Lashya from Broadridge Financial Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. addressed students. She spoke about corporate expectations, adaptability, and key skills required in changing business environments. As a result, students learned how to prepare for evolving job roles.
The institution also organised a guest lecture on cyber fraud awareness for MBA students. Senior officials from the Reserve Bank of India, including Mr. Ranjan, Chief General Manager, and Mr. Bala Teja, Assistant General Manager, delivered the session. They highlighted financial and digital security concerns. This helped students understand risks linked to online transactions and fraud.
In addition, BBA students visited BIOFACTOR in Bollaram, Hyderabad, under the Social Immersive Learning course. The visit offered exposure to environmentally responsible industrial processes and sustainable technologies.
