Komati Dubs Trs As Party Of Brokers

Bhongir, Jan.4 (Maxim News): The preparatory meeting of the Bhongir parliamentary constituency for the upcoming municipal elections was held here in the town on Saturday. AICC secretary Saleem Ahmed, party MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Guduru Narayana Reddy, Janga Raghava Reddy and others attended the meeting.

Speaking on the occasion, Venkat Reddy said no other party in the country was as good as the Congress. He said it was the Congress party that achieved independence for the country and also conceded separate Telangana State. He also said the Congress had never indulged in communal politics like its rival parties. He made it clear that Congress president Sonia Gandhi was responsible for the formation of the Telangana state.

The Bhongir MP said the Congress party had introduced several welfare schemes for the poor people in the country. Targeting the ruling TRS party in the State, he alleged that the pink party was a party of brokers. He also alleged that Chief Minister KCR was treating the people as his servants and behaving like a feudal king.

Venkat Reddy alleged that the Chief Minister had come into power by making false promises to the people of the State. He also alleged that the Chief Minister had not merged the TSRTC into the State government and abandoned his election promise. He asked the Chief Minister to learn how to rule the State after seeing his AP counterpart YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. (Maxim News)
