Hyderabad, Sept.19 (Maxim News): Congress MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy today said they would ensure victory of former MLA Padmavati Reddy, wife of TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy in the ensuing by-election in Huzurnagar Assembly constituency.
Citing that he, Uttam Kumar Reddy, Jana Reddy and Damodar Reddy are in politics for the last 30 years, he made it clear that there was no role for any other party leader from other districts to comment on the politics of their own district without referring the name of the party MP A. Revanth Reddy. It may be noted here that Revanth Reddy expressed his displeasure over the announcement of the candidature of Padmavathi Reddy by the TPCC President in a unilateral manner and lodged a complaint on the issue with the AICC incharge RC Kuntia.
Komatireddy said the working presidents of the party didn’t have any role to talk about Nalgonda district. He made it clear that Padmavathi Reddy was the right candidate for Huzurnagar Assembly constituency. She would win from the seat, he said, adding that he was in the race for the TPCC president post.
