Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy’s entry into BJP confirmed

Hyderabad, July 27: Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay on Wednesday confirmed Congress MLA Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy entry into the BJP. According to sources, Rajgopal will leave for Delhi on July 29 along with Union Minister Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay. He will meet BJP top leaders and express his consent to join saffron party.

The BJP is planning to admit Rajgopal at a public meeting in Choutuppal to be organised on August 3 as part of Bandi Sanjay’s padayatra. Union Minister Amit Shah will attend as chief guest for the public meeting. He will invite Rajgopal into the BJP by draping him with a saffron scarf.

Meanwhile, Rajgopal is seeking opinions of mandal leaders in Munugode Assembly constituency, represented by him. He asked them to tell their views within one week on joining BJP and tendering resignation to MLA post. On Wednesday, the MLA will meet key leaders of Narayanapuram and Munugode mandals.
