KTR Expresses Possibility Of Irregularities In Preparation Of Voter List For Local Body Elections

Hyderabad, Aug 28 (Maxim News): BRS Working President K. Tarak Rama Rao (KTR) said that there is a possibility of irregularities in the preparation of the voter list for the local body elections. The High Court has issued orders to the Telangana government to hold the local body elections by September 30th this year. In this context, a teleconference was held with party leaders on Thursday on the local body elections.

On this occasion, KTR issued instructions to the party leaders to ensure that the votes of BRS sympathizers are not lost in the voter list. He suggested that the draft voter list provided by the Election Commission should be examined at the village level and objections should be brought to the attention of the authorities immediately. He said that if there are irregularities or irregularities in the voter list, they should be brought to the attention of the committee. For this, KTR said that a committee has been formed under the leadership of MLCs L. Ramana, Dr. Dasoju Sravan and Legal Cell incharge Bharat Kumar.  (Maxim News)
