Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MAUD) and Information Technology (IT) K T Rama Rao will lay foundation for the construction of 608 double bedroom houses at Shayamapet (J) in Khazipet mandal under Warangal West constituency limits on Wednesday, said MLA Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar.
Addressing a press conference at his camp office along with Kakatiya Urban Development Authority (KUDA) chairman Marri Yadava Reddy, and Mayor N Narender, Vinay Bhaskar said that the houses would be constructed in 7.20 acres of the land in G+3 model.
“Cost of the each unit (houses) is Rs 5.30 lakhs,” he said and added that construction of the 550 houses in Ambedkar Nagar under west constituency limits would also be completed in about three months.
