Land Grabbing Case Against Former BRS MLA Jeevan Reddy

Chevella/Hyderabad, May 24 (Maxim News): A case has been registered against former MLA and BRS senior leader Jeevan Reddy and his family members at Chevella Police station.

Damodar Reddy has filed a case today (Friday) in Chevella PS that Jeevan Reddy has encroached on his land.

The victim says that he bought 20 acres of land in Erlapally in 2022. He said that he had built a function hall in survey No. 32, 35, 36. 38 and Jeevan Reddy’s land is next to his land.

The victim is alleging that Jeevan Reddy occupied his land by demolishing the function hall in 2023. The victim is expressing his grief that Jeevan Reddy is terrorizing him by using the Punjab gang to protect the occupied land.

The victim expressed concern that he was terrorized by a Punjab gang who attacked him with deadly weapons when he asked him to hand over his land.

He said he had complained to the Chevelle police to free his land from Jeevan Reddy. The victim expressed his concern that the government should protect him and that Jeevan Reddy has threatened his life.

On the complaint of the victim, the police registered a case against Jeevan Reddy’s family members under sections 447, 427, 341, 386, 420, 506 r/w 34 IPC. (Maxim News)
