Kavita’s lawyer Kapil Sibal appealed to the court to hold the next hearing as soon as the court time expired. The bench said it will be seen on march 13.

It may be recalled that last year Kavitha challenged the notice issued by the ED to appear for investigation in the liquor case. It is known that earlier her petition was linked with the cases of Nalini Chidambaram and Abhishek Banerjee.  The bench of Justice Bela M.Trivedi and Justice Pankaj Mittal made it clear in the last hering that the petitions will be heard separately. The bench opined that the 3 cases are separate and there is no reason to try them together.  (Maxim News)
