Lorry Runs Over Auto In Wanaparthy: Two Dead On Spot
Wanaparthy/Hyderabad, Sept 18 (Maxim News): A road accident near Raikal in Wanaparthy district has left a deep tragedy. Two people died on the spot and another was seriously injured in an accident involving an auto and a lorry near Raikal Rice Mill. The accident took place this morning. The police said that the accident took place when the auto, which was travelling at a high speed, lost control and hit the lorry coming from the opposite direction.
The deceased in the accident were identified by the police as Raju and Ravi from Wanaparthy district. The other person was seriously injured and was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. The condition of the injured person is reported to be critical. The incident has cast a shadow of sadness over the locality. The police reached the spot immediately after the accident and took up rescue operations. The bodies were shifted to the hospital for postmortem.
The police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
