Previously, the government had restricted the registration of plots in unauthorized layouts, preventing buyers from registering their purchases for the past four years. Now, in a bid to provide relief, the government has eased these restrictions, enabling plot registrations for both individual buyers and unsold plots in layouts.

LRS With 25% Discount Until March 31

For instance, if only 10% of the plots in a layout were registered, the remaining 90% can now be regularized and registered under LRS. Additionally, those with existing sale deeds will receive a fee concession if they complete their registrations by March 31.
