Magunta Raghava Bail Hearing Adjourned To March 25 In The Delhi Liquor Scam

Delhi/Hyderabad, March 23 (Maxim News)  The bail hearing of Magunta Raghava, son of YCP MP Magunta Srinivasulu, who was arrested in the Delhi Liquor scam, has been adjourned to March 25.

Tihar Jail Authorities were supposed to produce Raghav through video conference on March 23 in Delhi’s rouse Avenue Special Court.  But the authorities did not produce Raghava.  The bench of the special court expressed its anger at the Superintendent of Tihar Jail.  The court ordered Raghav to appear virtually during the next hearing.  ED officials arrested Magunta Raghava on February 11 in the Delhi Liquor Scam.  Presently, Raghava is in Tihar Jail. Raghava is trying for bail, in the same case. (Maxim News)
