Hyderabad, Aug 24 (Maxim News): MLC Patnam Mahender Reddy from Ranga Reddy district has got a place in the Telangana cabinet. He was sworn in as a minister at Raj Bhavan. Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan administered an oath to Mahender Reddy.

Mahender Reddy, who was hoping for the Tandoor Assembly ticket, was appeased.  As part of the compromise formula, Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to be included in the ministerial category.  Mahender Reddy has been given a fresh chance to fill the vacant position from May 2021 due to the dismissal of Eatala Rajender, who served as the State Medical and Health Minister.  The BRS Tandoor ticket has been allotted to sitting MLA Pilot Rohit Reddy.  (Maxim News)
