Hyderabad, Aug.27 (Maxim News): Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy today said that Maheshwaram segment will be developed with better connectivity of roads.
She participated in some development programs in Kandukuru Mandal area and laid foundation for some BT and CC roads. Sabitha Indra Reddy said that Rs 6.50 cr for B T Roads, Rs 30 lakhs for CC Roads, Rs 5 lakhs for drainage, Rs 80 lakhs for BT road will be completed in the segment. Under first phase we started the works as Rs 658 cr sanctioned under GMGSY scheme towards 158 roads stretching 1200 km she informed.
Sabitha Indra Reddy said that Rs 11.50 will be spent to provide double road from Nednuru to Puli Mamidi. The minister appreciated that Ranga Reddy stood district in Palle Pragati and credit goes to coordinated efforts made by district local leaders, and officials. We have made joint efforts for Palle Pragati scheme and offered all facilities.
The government is for providing better facilities including roads, water, power supply, drainage and others, Sabitha Indra Reddy said. The minister said that Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao is fir all round development if the villages and towns.
Sabitha Indra Reddy claimed that the Telangana government has taken up several welfare schemes being replicated by other states. In addition to more pensions, marriage schemes like Kalyaan Lakshmi, Shadi Mubarak are helping the poor families Sabitha said. The minister said that Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bhima, 24 hour power to farming are a few schemes of Telangana being appreciated by the Centre and many states. (Maxim News)
