Man Arrested For Possession Of Two Country Made Pistols Illegaly: Conspiracy To Commit Murder

Hyderabad, April 19 (Maxim News): In a joint operation, the Commissioner’s Task Force South West Zone Team along with the sleuths of Langer House Police Station arrested Syed Afroz and his associate who are planning to eliminate Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf @ Ashu, a Rowdy Sheeter of narsingi PS and his brother Amer, due to personal grudges. They were in possession of deadly weapons and ammunition without valid licenses.

Accused A1) Syed Afroz and Ashraf @ Ashu (a rowdy sheeter of PS Narsingi), along with his brother Ibrahim @ Amer started working in the real estate business, particularly in litigation land settlements. However, Ashraf @ Ashu has not been paying the assured amounts in the business. A2) Mohd Shah Owais and A4) Syed Firdos are business partners in the real estate dealings and are also not paying the agreed amounts. Due to this, A1) Syed Afroz A2) Mohd Shah Owais and A4) Syed Firdous developed a grudge. A5) Syed Imtiyaz Ali has a previous enmity with Ashraf @ Ashu because Ashraf @ Ashu, Ibrahim @ Amer, and their associates murdered his younger brother Syed Fayazuddin, which is the subject matter of Cr.No. 102/2020 of LHPS. A3) Mohd Arbaaz Khan, who is the son-in-law of A2, is also involved. A1) Syed Afroz purchased two country-made pistols and five live rounds from A6) Jaber, a rowdy sheeter of Attapur PS (currently absconding), and A7) Mohd Jameel @ Jammu (also absconding), who is a friend of A1.

This refers to a situation where individuals involved in business dealings and financial transactions secretly conspired to eliminate the opposite party. The motive for the murder could be related to a business rivalry, financial dispute due to personal grudge that arose during the course of business.

The Police received a tip-off from their informers about a planned murder. Acting quickly on this information, they took immediate steps and were able to stop the plan before it could be carried out.

The police seized Two Country Made Pistol And Five live Rounds, Quails Vehicle, Mobile phones:06 ( Oppo F27 Pro, Oppo F17 belongs to syed Afroz, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 belongs to Syed Firdous, IPhone -13 belongs to Syed Imtiyaz Ali, IPhone-12 Pro max , Oppo Reno6 belongs to Mohd Arbaaz Khan) Total Worth of seized property: Rs.5,10,000.

The accused were nabbed by the Commissioner’s Task Force South West Team along with the sleuths of P.S. Langer House under supervision of Mohd Iqbal Siddique, Addl. DCP South West Zone, Ande Srinivas, Addl. DCP the Commissioner Task Force and close monitoring of Syed Fiaz, ACP, Golconda Division and K Raghu Kumar, Inspector of Police, S. Bala Swamy, Inspector of Police, South West Zone Task Force, M Raghavendra Swamy Sub-Inspector of Police P.S. Langer House, Ajith Singh and Sharath Chandra, SIs of Task Force, South West Zone and staff and they are being rewarded suitably. (Maxim News)
