Marijuana Chocolates Sold At A Grocery Store In Mudigonda

Khammam/Hyderabad, may 31 (Maxim News): Police on Friday detained two people selling ganja chocolates in Mudigonda mandal center. According to the police, two people were caught running away when they were seen by the police on patrol.

They were identified as Umesh Kumar and Ranku Kumar from Uttar Pradesh. Both of them work as polishing workers in a granite factory in Mudigonda. A man named Vikas, who lives in Misri town of Uttar Pradesh, buys ganja packets from a grocery shop and brings them to Mudigonda. In the same village, he sells the ganja to a grocery shop named Satyanarayana at a low rate. Satyanarayana sells it to the youth and laborers living in the working class area at a higher rate.

Recently, 13 packets of ganja were brought, some of which were sold, leaving two more packets. The police caught them while they were going to the shop to sell them to Satyanarayana. Satyanarayana was arrested along with the two of them and seven packets of ganja worth Rs. 15,000 were seized from them. Each packet contained 40 ganja chocolates. The police also seized three cell phones from them and registered a case.

CI Murali warned that action will be taken against anyone selling ganja. Training SI Haritha and writer Venkanna were among those arrested. (Maxim News)
