In the 17th minute, it was Musiala himself who put his name on the scoresheet, taking advantage of an assist from Muller.
It did not stop there. The 19-year-old also set up Mane to make it 3-0 at the break.
In the second half, Bayern’s intensity noticeably dropped, despite this, the Senegalese did find the net, but his goal was disallowed for a foul in the build-up.
Muller did score his second Bundesliga goal of the season, taking advantage of an error from Leverkusen goalkeeper Hradecky.
The win moved Bayern into second place in the Bundesliga, two points behind leaders Union Berlin.
