Minor Girl Died | Hyderabad, Oct. 10: A minor girl died after allegedly consuming a chemical used to test gold at a jewellery store in Chintal, Jeedimetla. Her parents had taken her to the store to purchase gold for the festival.
The child, identified as Misha, was the daughter of Gopikrishna and Janaki, residents of Chintal. According to the family and police, the incident occurred three days ago when the couple visited the store with their daughter.
While her parents were looking at jewellery, Misha was playing inside the establishment. She allegedly consumed the gold testing chemical and was rushed to a nearby hospital.

The child’s condition reportedly deteriorated, and she died while undergoing treatment on Friday.
Following her death, the grieving parents and relatives staged a protest outside the jewellery store. They held the management responsible and alleged negligence over the incident.
