Minor Girl Raped By Private School Bus Driver In Shamshabad

Hyderabad, Feb 7 (Maxim News): A six-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by a bus driver of a private school in shamshabad on the city outskirts.

The child, who is studying first grade, was recently called by the suspect Joseph Reddy, the driver of the school bus, after school hours and he allegedly misbehaved with her. Sensing danger, the girl escaped from the spot and informed her parents after reaching home.

Following this, mild tension prevailed as angry parents of the child along with members of various student organizations including SFI and ABVP reached the school and staged a protest demanding action against the bus driver.

On receiving information, the Shamshabad Rural police rushed to the place and intervened.  They pacified the protestors and assured strict action against the offender.  

As a few protestors tried to barge into the school premises by forcibly opening the main gate, the police took them into preventive custody and shifted to the police station.

The girl’s parents have complained to the police.  (Maxim News)
