MLA Danam Nagender Apologised To The Flood Victims
Hyderabad, July 29 (Maxim News): The ruling BRS MLA Danam Nagender who visited Khairatabad Constituency had a bitter experience. He visited the Adarsh Basti in Himayat Nagar Street No. 14. The people of the Basti asked him why he came now. for the last 10 days they have been staying in the flood waters without coming to visit them, why did he come to Adarsh Nagar Basti?
Danam Nagender called the GHMC officials and ordered them to remove the stagnant water in the slums immediately. during the construction of the Nala Returning Wall, the authorities were advised to construct a temporary wall to prevent water from entering the basti. Necessary goods were distributed to the houses in flood water. Residents demanded compensation, and Nagender promised to provide Rs. 20 thousand to 30 families. (Maxim News)
