According to the schedule, the hearings will be conducted in four sessions from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The process will include cross-examinations of both the petitioners and respondents.
As part of the hearing, the petitioners in the case are BRS MLAs Kalvakuntla Sanjay, Chinta Prabhakar and Palla Rajeshwar Reddy who will face a cross-examination by the respondent’s counsel (defected MLAs). Restrictions Imposed on Assembly Premises
Authorities have imposed restrictions on the Assembly premises beginning today, which will continue until October 6.
