MLC Vijayashanthi Raises Telangana Activists Welfare Issue

Hyderabad, March 30 (Maxim News): Telangana Legislative Council member Vijayashanti raised the issue of welfare for Telangana statehood activists during the Legislative Council session. Her remarks triggered political discussion.

Speaking in the House, she stressed the sacrifices made by Telangana movement activists. She said the state would not exist without their struggle. Therefore, she asked leaders to recognise their contribution before focusing on positions of power.
