Modi Calls Israeli PM Netanyahu: Discusses Bilateral Relations

Delhi/Hyderabad, Jan 7 (Maxim News): Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi called Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu on Wednesday. First, he wished him a happy New Year. Modi revealed this in an interview. ‘I spoke to my friend, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu on the phone. I wished him and the people of Israel a happy New Year. We discussed ways to further strengthen the relations between the two countries this year.

We discussed the regional situation. We are determined to take an iron fist on terrorism,’ Modi said in his tweet. The two leaders expressed their delight at the ongoing bilateral relations between the two countries, cooperation in various areas, and progress. They spoke about further strengthening defense and security ties and suppressing terrorism. They also discussed the latest situation in the Middle East region.

They decided to work together for peace and stability. Last month, Netanyahu called Modi. They discussed the ceasefire with Gaza. Netanyahu was supposed to visit India last month. However, it was postponed due to various reasons. In this context, it became interesting to see the Prime Ministers of the two countries discussing various issues. (Maxim News)
