Nehru Family Laid Down Lives For Freedom & Integrity Of The Country: Mallu Ravi

Hyderabad, Aug.9 (Maxim News): TPCC vice-president Mallu Ravi today said Jawaharlal Nehru’s family had sacrificed its life in the service of the country.

Reminding that it was the Congress party that asked the British to leave the country, Mallu said the call given by the party had turned into Quit India movement. He said Mahatma Gandhi had given a call to continue Quit India movement till the British left the country. He said the party had also given a call to its party workers to do or die till independence was achieved by them. He also said the call given by the party and Mahatma Gandhi had helped in strengthening of the movement. (Maxim News)
