New Ration Cards Will Be Issued Based On ‘Caste Census’
Hyderabad, Jan 14 (Maxim News): The Telangana government led by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has decided to identify families without ration cards based on the caste census survey for the issue of new food security (ration) cards to the eligible ones.

The government has said that new ration cards will be issued to the eligible ones from the 26th of this month. guidelines for the grant of new ration cards were released. It said that the selection process of beneficiaries will be done following the recommendations of the cabinet sub-committee appointed by the government regarding the issuance of ration cards.
