Nizamabad: Nizamabad Task Force police seized 75 quintals of rice along with a truck at Suddapally village under Dichpally police station limits and arrested two persons.
According to the orders of Nizamabad CP Karthikeya, the Task Force police Inspector Narender and team conducted raids on Sunday.
They stopped a vehicle, bearing number AP28 C7209, which was illegally carrying 150 bags of PDS rice from Ramadugu village of Dharpally mandal to Nizamabad.
Police arrest vehicle owner Ansara of Dharpally and driver Lavudya Tirupati.
