Hyderabad, March 18 (Maxim News): Telangana Chief Electoral Officer Vikas Raj said that all the arrangements are being made for the Lok Sabha elections as well as for the Cantonment Assembly elections.

Speaking to press persons, here today, the CEO said that strict security arrangements have been made in the problematic areas. He said that 80,000 personnel are needed for the elections.  Training has already been given to the election staff. He said that 90 thousand polling centers have been set up in the state. He said that the arrangements for the Cantonment Assembly elections have been completed.  He said that 8,58,491 votes were deleted after the Assembly elections,  and Police personnel are fully prepared.

There are 3.30 crore voters of which 8 lakh are new young voters.  This time, people above 85 years of age will have the option of home voting. Home voting will start from the day after the withdrawal of the nomination.  this time postal voting through new software.  The training process for election officials and staff has been completed.  EVMs are ready including the reserve.  Set up integrated check posts to operate 24 hours.  More than Rs. 50 thousand in cash, there should be supporting papers for it otherwise it will be seized.  Complaints can be made to the C-whistle app or 1950.

Political parties should take permission for rallies and meetings through the Suvidha app.  7 lakh voter corrections after the MLA election. the smallest parliament segment is Mahbubabad and the largest MP segment is Malkajgiri.  Road shows are only on Holidays,  Road shows are not allowed in crowded areas.  Loudspeakers are not to be used from 10 pm to 6 am.  Small children and school dresses are not allowed during the election campaign.
