No Stand On Pothireddypadu: BJP
Hyderabad, June 11 (Maxim News): State BJP leader Jithender Reddy today said that there would be no change in the stand of central government over the issue of controversial Pothireddypadu head regulator.
He said that the central government had already issued orders to AP government to stop the expansion works of the project. He made it clear that Mahbubnagar and Ranga Reddy districts would be impacted due to the construction of the expansion of the Pothireddypadu project by AP government. He also said that the state capital Hyderabad would also face drinking water shortage problem due to the same. He demanded those leaders who are now enjoying posts in the name of pending projects of the district to complete the palamuru rangareddy lift irrigation project. Heaping praises on prime minister Narendra Modi he said that Modi had played an important in bringing the entire nation on one platform to prevent the spread of the corona virus.
Targeting CM KCR he said that the central government had decided to give money directly to the people of the state as the CM had claimed all the money released by the center as his own money. (Maxim News)
