Notorious Inter State Robberer Nabbed By Kachiguda Police

Hyderabad, Feb 13 (Maxim News): While conducting vehicle checking at Barkathpura Chaman the Kachiguda Police arrested a notorious robber here on Monday by name Nitesh Jagannath Dhapale @ Deepak Patil @ Baa-iyaba S/o Jagannath Dhapale, age: 34 yrs, Caste: Hindu Maratha, Occ: Container Driver in ABC India Limited, Jaipur Branch, R/o. H. No: A- Wing, Room No. 201, Piyush Appt., Jamunalal Bajaj Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai State.400069, N/o. Plot No. 38, Back side of Nandini Dairy, Rukmini Nagar, Malmaruthi, Belgum dist, Karnataka State., who has been committing offences since 2008 in the states of Karnataka, Maharashtra and recently in Telangana.

In Hyderabad he committed 6 offences in Kachiguda, Nallakunta and Amberpet Police Station limits of East Zone, Hyderabad. Out of 6 cases 1 attempt for robbery (Kachiguda PS), 2 Gold Chain Robberies (Snatchings) (Nallakunta & Amberpet PS), 2 motorcycle thefts (Nallakunta & Amberpet PS) and 1 cell phone snatching (Amberpet PS). So far two motorcycles and one Cell phone were recovered from the accused.

MODUS OPARENDI:

The accused steals bike available in streets and commit robberies from the neck of women folk walking on the roads. Flees away with high speed. He commits serial offences at a stretch. Disposes the Gold items with his agents. As far as cases pertain to Hyderabad city he disposed his gold with one Srinivas native of Vishakapatnam. When he came out on stolen bike for committing further offences he was caught today along with the bike.

Previously he committed many offences in Karnataka and Maharashtra states along with his associates. Whereas in Hyderabad he committed offences alone.

HISTORY OF THE ACUSED:
The accused Nitesh Jagannath Dhapale @ Deepak Patil @ Baa-iyaba is a native of Belgam town & district of Karnataka state. He studied upto 10th. For the first time in the year 2007 while he was pursuing diploma he involved in a crime wherein he attacked on his polytechnic college principal and jailed for 2 days, where he came into contact with Nagaiah, Durgaiah Dharmaji Patil, Srinivasbarma, Rajannavar, Manjunath Rudrappa Kumbar and Pankaj. With their bad association he started committing offences in Belgam dist and involved in more than 15 cases. During that time one of his associate by name Manjunath was killed by police in firing. Scaring of that incident, he left Belgam for Mumbai where he associate with late Haji Mastan gang and involved in illegal activities. Besides he started Robberies by forming a separate gangs. His gang members areSurender Negi, Ashok Gangode, Manish Vishwakarma, Ghansham Sha, Harish Kundar and Raju Khekda Raju Soni, Sailesh Yadav, Arjun Kaniya, Altaf Ansari, Sonu Ansari and Dheeraj. When one Hassan came into his contact, who is a native of Mumbai, stays in Hyderabad he took his contact number and came to Hyderabad. Here he started robberies by stealing Gold Chains from the necks of women folk.

He came to Hyderabad on December 21, 2016 and committed theft of five offences in a single day including bike theft., disposed the stolen property at Vishakapatanam and went back to Jaipur where his wife Kavitha and Children are staying.
Again on Feb 2 he came to Hyderabad and committed theft of bike in Amberpet limits and attempted to commit robbery on the stolen bike.

On contact with Karnataka and Mumbai Police it is learnt that the following cases are pending against the accused.
Totally he was involved in 19 cases from Maharastra state and 16 cases from Karnataka state ot of which 9 NBW’s were pending in Karnataka State, 3 NBW’s were pending at Mumbai city against the accused. He committed the above offences in the limits of 1. Malamaruhi, 2. Basweshwara Chowk, 3. Gokaka, 4. Darwad, 5. Tilakwadi, 6. Katakol, 7. Bailangol, 8. Market, 9. APMC, 10. Ujgoav, 11. Khanapur totally 11 Police Stations of Karnataka State & 1. Govandi, 2. Vikroli, 3. Manpada, 4. Chunna Bati, 5. Kurla Nehru Nagar, 6. Ghatkopar, 7. Kolaba, 8. Vashi (Crime), 9. Kala Chowki, 10. Raboli, 11. Boriwalli, 12. Charkop, 13. Kamote, 14. Kalyan and 15. Mankured totally 15 Police Stations of Maharashtra state.

Inspector of Police, Nallakunta, Hyd under close supervision of Sri. K. Satyanarayana, Inspector of Police, Kachiguda PS and CH. Laxminarayana, ACP Kachiguda Division. The officers and crime staff of Kachiguda were made efforts to apprehend the accused being rewarded.
