Observers Expressed Satisfaction With The Election Arrangement In Hyderabad  

Hyderabad, April 25 (Maxim News): The Observers of the Hyderabad and Secunderabad Parliamentary Constituencies have expressed satisfaction with the arrangements being made for the ensuing Parliamentary elections. 

Dr. Saroj Kumar, from the 2008 IAS batch, is overseeing the Secunderabad-8 Parliamentary Constituency, while P. Srividya, from the 2010 IAS batch, is responsible for the Hyderabad-9 Parliamentary Constituency. Shashank Anand IPS, from the 2006 batch, is overseeing both the Hyderabad and Secunderabad Parliamentary Constituencies. 

They arrived in Hyderabad on Wednesday and were warmly received by the office of GHMC on Thursday. District Election Officer Ronald Ross extended a cordial welcome and briefed them on the arrangements pertaining to the upcoming elections in Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

Detailed explanations were provided regarding the arrangements made to ensure peaceful and fair elections in each constituency. This included the randomization process conducted by Polling Officers (POs), Assistant Polling Officers (APOs), and other polling staff responsible for election duties.

During the event, District Election Officer Ronald Ross, along with General Election Observers and Police Observers, presented an overview of the district profile, polling stations, distribution of counting, reception centers, training of polling personnel, postal ballot home voting, and inspections carried out by various teams including the Special Surveillance Teams (SST), Flying Squads (FST), and Voter Verified Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) Inspection Teams. Additionally, the randomization of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) was explained.

Police Commissioner Srinivas Reddy and EVDM Director Prakash Reddy, along with District Collector Anudeep Durishetti, Additional Collector Hemant Keshav Patil, and other officials participated in the program.

The General and Police Observers expressed their satisfaction with the election arrangements in the district during the occasion. Moreover, Police Commissioner Srinivas Reddy and EVDM Director Prakash Reddy inspected the District Election Officer Complaint Grievance Call Center and MCC Control Room respectively. (Maxim News)
