OU Releases Admission Schedule For Special Education Courses

Hyderabad, May 23: OU has announced the admission schedule for Special Education courses for the academic year 2026-27.

The Directorate of Admissions released the schedule after conducting a coordination meeting chaired by Prof I Panduranga Reddy, Director of Admissions, on Friday.

Representatives from several institutions offering Special Education programmes participated in the meeting to finalise the admission process and improve coordination.

Applications To Begin From June 1

Institutions participating in the admission process include NIEPID, AYJNISHD, Helen Keller’s Institute, Swayamkrushi, Thakur Hari Prasad, Padmanayaka, Maa Institute, Sahara Institute, Andhra Mahila Sabha College of Education and Ashray Akruti Institute.

Officials discussed measures to streamline admission procedures and improve accessibility for students seeking admission into specialised education programmes.

According to the official schedule, admission notifications and advertisements will be issued between May 25 and May 30.

The sale and submission of application forms will start from June 1 and continue until July 6.

Osmania University officials said the process was designed to ensure smooth admissions for eligible students across participating institutions.
