Owaisi And DK Aruna Among 21 Members JPC To Review Waqf Board Amendment Bill

Delhi/Hyderabad, Aug 9 (Maxim News): AIMIM President and Hyderabad MP, Asaduddin Owaisi and BJP MP D.K. Aruna from the Telangana state among the 21 members of Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) to review Wakf Board Amendment Bill – 2024.

Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiran Rijiju announced that 21 members from the ruling and opposition parties will be included in the Lok Sabha. In addition, 10 MPs from Rajya Sabha will also be on this committee, he said. The members accepted the proposal of Kiran Rijiju.
